The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, capable Front of House Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll have the freedom to help build the team, refine service standards, and make a lasting impression from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role where initiative, reliability, and a natural flair for hospitality are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading by example to deliver exceptional service across the board
Recruiting, training, and motivating a brand-new FOH team
Taking full responsibility for daily FOH operations
Creating smooth workflows between kitchen and service teams
Handling rotas, reservations, stock, and ordering with precision
Ensuring high standards in cleanliness, service, and customer satisfaction
Building strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business
Acting as a key figure in the venue’s culture and long-term success
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience as a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar senior hospitality role
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and standards
Confidence managing both people and processes in a fast-moving environment
A natural sense of hospitality and a passion for great food & drink
The ability to stay calm under pressure and inspire your team to do the same
Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings as needed
