AM2PM Walsall are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to work for our esteemed client in the Aldridge area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established UK based online company who sells a selection of home accessories.
The role involves working within the online retail department.
Shift: Monday to Friday / 9am till 5pm
Rate: Depends on experience
Temp to perm position
Key Responsibility:
* Assist the marketing team with data entry and adding products onto the website via Shopify
* Creating spreadsheets and managing documents
* Inputting product data onto internal system
* Maintaining data in Shopify
* Assisting with social media posts and customer mailers
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Sage 200 experience desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
* Shopify experience desirable – however training can be provided
* Previous administrative experience required.
Person Specification:
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Work well within a team
