Product Manager London/Banbury – 2 days per week in office Full time Summary In this role, you will be contributing towards technology that helps our customers make the world safer and fairer. Our goal is to make products that our clients find indispensable, helping them run their operations seamlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Champion innovation and efficiency in product development. Experience Required: Proven experience in product management, min 3 years experience in a SaaS or B2B environment. Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and technologies. Demonstrated the ability to lead product transformations and drive innovation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with agile methodologies and tools Familiarity with the law enforcement or public safety sector or training software is a plus.
