Your new role As a Reward Associate you will be part of the wider Reward Team. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication and on-going management of our compensation and benefit plans and policies and the EMEA HRIS (SuccessFactors). Their aim is to be the strategic partner for the delivery of reward solutions that'll drive performance and make Eisai a great place to work. As this affects all employees, the team makes sure plans stay competitive and align our people to our business strategy and direction. The Reward Team look after pay, bonus, recognition, and benefits programs across the EMEA Region What are we looking for?
