If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Project Administrator to join a team in a prominent London University. This is a full-time role, with an immediate start for three months. It is offered on a hybrid model, with two days in the office and three working from home.
As a Project Administrator, you will be working as part of the ‘Schools Team’ providing administrative assistance to project-based work surrounding monitoring student attendance, modules and assessments. You will work as part of a small busy team under the supervision of a Senior Programme Manager. You will be personable and proactive and possess strong administrative skills and data entry to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Project Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support for the introduction of a new student attendance monitoring process
* Responsibility for setting up student registers on the university system, identifying cases of student non-engagement, following up with students and academic staff
* Supporting a specific largescale project in relation to modules and assessments. To include process driven data work reviewing and updating changes to assessments for the next academic year
* Monitoring diary and shared inbox with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to academics, staff and students. With the confidence to triage and signpost as necessary
* Assisting the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties in order to facilitate the smooth running of the projects, department and wider university
Project Administrator Key Skills:
* Experience with administration in a Higher Education setting with an understanding of the student lifecycle
* A flexible, proactive and confident approach to handling tasks with exceptional organisation, time management and attention to detail when working with data entry
* Strong written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills to deal professionally and empathetically with all stakeholders
* Highly proficient in IT in particular using Excel and Virtual Learning and University systems
