Purpose Of The Job
Micro Nav is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the planning, development and evolution of our simulation product portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping product strategy, driving innovation and ensuring market success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities to enhance market offerings.
2. Market & Customer Insights
Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
Develop customer segmentation and buying behaviour insights to influence roadmap priorities.
3. Product Portfolio Management
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Assess product performance, identify gaps and drive new developments.
Establish and manage the product approval process, ensuring justifiable product investments.
4. Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
Work closely with our Development, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
Develop value propositions, positioning strategies and sales training to drive commercial success.
Serve as the primary product contact for internal teams and customers.

Education & Experience
* Proven experience in software product management within the aviation or Air Traffic Management industry.
* Strong background in business planning, analysis and market positioning.
