This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees. As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out administration duties at my clients head office in Redhill, Surrey. Performing clerical tasks to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Answering phone calls and emails. Greeting and directing office visitors. Building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff. Organizing files and documents. Providing administrative support to employers. Arranging travel and meeting schedules for key executives.
