Salary: GBP34500 - GBP38500 per annum
General Manager – up to £38,500 + Bonus - Bournemouth
An established Hotel and Holiday company ate looking for an experienced General Manager to manage their hotel in central Bournemouth. The Hotel mainly caters for large coaching parties so experience within a coaching hotel setting is preferred.
The hotel runs a breakfast and dinner service only and is in a fantastic location in central Bournemouth.
The company runs a very achievable quarterly bonus scheme which is a great incentive to hit your targets and to top up your salary.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage with customers
• Hands on management of the hotel and your HOD’s
• Training and development of staff
Ensure all compliance around the hotel
• Managing the P&L
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience at management level in a hotel and ideally a coaching hotel
• Understanding of P&L
• Excellent customer service skills
• An understanding of food and efficient service
Ability to train and develop staff
• Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry
