Role Overview: The Letting Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the property management department, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and growth. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to managing a team, optimising processes, and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Team & Operational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the property management team to achieve high performance and engagement. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Oversee daily operations within the property management department, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Implement efficient processes and best practices to streamline operations. Growth Strategies: Identify and develop growth opportunities within the property management sector. Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic plans for departmental expansion. Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs for the department, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and operational efficiency. Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. Handle escalated issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies. Conduct regular reviews of rental prices and property performance. The Individual: Proven experience in property management or a similar role within the estate agency sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Dynamic and forward thinking to deliver growth and a high performing culture Excellent understanding of property legislation and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
