About the role We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance Management Team. Within this role you will support the Director of Resources and Head of Finance to develop all financial aspects of the organisation. Effectively leading and managing the accounts officers in line with the company strategic objectives. About you You will have: Recognised financial account qualification (ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA). Strong knowledge of finance and accounting legislation, budget preparation. maintaining financial systems and closure of accounts. Ability to apply strategic decisions to an operational environment. Ability to translate complex financial statements into everyday language. Excellent interpersonal skills Customer and quality focus Be Highly innovative, accurate and numerate.
