Clearwell Mobility are recruiting for the role of Finance Assistant at our Burgess Hill Head Office .
You will play an important role in our finance team making sure that we drive value for money from our supply chain and provide regular reporting.

Role Overview
Location: 21 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9TN
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 35hrs / 5 days per week, Mon-Fri 9.00-5:00pm
Salary: Competitive salary, staff discount and bonus
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities
* Authorisation and posting of purchase invoices
* Reconciliation with supplier statements
* Monthly payment runs (supported by remittance slips)
* Prepartion of remittance summaries
* Monitor aged debtors and provide regular reporting
* Analysis of sales by location and type
* Company credit card analysis & payments
Your Qualities
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to handle large data sets with good attention to detail and accuracy
* Good IT skills and experience using accounting software
* Strong organisation with a proven ability to effectively manage a varied and busy workload and to meet deadlines
* Good communication skills
* Resilient and adaptable to change and process improvement
* Be flexible and have a can-do attitude
