As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist with scheduling a team to the customer's location to assess the work that needs to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need, you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promptly receive and enter lead calls and job referrals into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
3. Handle general phone calls and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
4. Efficiently dispatch and track lead calls and job referrals to appropriate operational teams, ensuring timely response and resolution.
5. Regularly review and analyze the Work in Progress (WIP) board to identify trends, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement in the dispatching process.
6. Collaborate with teams to coordinate the reconstruction schedule, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely job completion.
7. Assist with job file documentation, communications, and subcontractor activities.
8. Support Reconstruction and Mitigation Team as needed.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
1. High school diploma/GED is required.
2. Previous office experience preferred.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
4. Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.
5. Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
6. Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon business needs.
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
