Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
* Passionate about the culinary arts with a strong desire to innovate and create
* NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent in culinary skills, with a valid Food Hygiene certificate
* Team player with a flexible attitude towards work hours and shift patterns
* Proficient in maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently
* Keen on personal development and eager to take on new learning opportunities
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes
* Help manage kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and Head Chef, ensuring efficient food service and kitchen management
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
* Engage in daily tasks such as food prep, storage, and maintaining inventory
* Contribute to team efforts by supporting other kitchen staff during peak times
* Ensure personal and professional standards are met consistently, promoting a positive and professional kitchen environment
