Job summary We are looking for a Nursing Associate to join our friendly neonatal team. The special care baby unit has 12 cots, 2 of which are high dependency and the rest are special care. We work closely with our sister units at Worthing and Brighton and are part of Thames Valley and Wessex Neonatal network. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed the nurse associate training programme. They will have developed and will be expected to maintain knowledge, skills and competencies related to the role of nurse associate within the neonatal service. Previous experience of working with neonates or children and their families is desirable but not essential. Training opportunities are available.
