DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Configure insurance systems to meet specific customer needs.
* Provide training, testing, and implementation support during system rollouts.
* Identify and document system enhancements to improve functionality.
* Ensure adherence to established project delivery methodologies and processes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Experience in the insurance sector (e.g., insurer, MGA, broker, or insurance technology company).
* Familiarity with insurance systems and processes.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good understanding of XML.
* DevOps, SharePoint, and PowerBI experience is desirable.
