What You'll Be Doing You will be joining the Reigate Team, a friendly group of around 15 people, to provide a high-quality service to our clients across the Reigate and East Surrey area. You will work with a variety of clients, including some with mental health issues, a history of offending, and those in recovery from substance misuse. A little more about your core tasks as a Housing & Support Officer: Act as a keyworker to clients, helping them achieve their goals and live independently. Assist clients with housing management activities, including reporting and monitoring repair issues, supporting clients in rent arrears to set up repayment agreements, and conducting regular health and safety checks and room inspections. Prepare rooms for new residents by assembling furniture and clearing rooms when clients move out. It is an exciting time to join the Reigate team as youll also be involved in our Mitchell House project, a brand-new facility which provides housing and support for young parents and young single people. What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you must have: Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients. The ability to manage your own time, delivering outcomes, meeting deadlines. An Enhanced DBS check (to be completed by us, upon successful application).
