Job Description
- Lead, develop and supervise a team of store managers and staff across various locations- Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and profitability- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all locations- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the district- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer service initiatives
The Successful Applicant
