Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Sheffield - £30k - £40k basic + excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established insurance company. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our forward-thinking team located in Sheffield. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a team focused on providing first-class coverage with a truly personal service to clients.
Working alongside the directors and the existing team, the Commercial Insurance Account Handler will prepare submissions and negotiate with insurers to achieve the right outcome for the clients. You will review client requirements to ensure that their insurance programmes are suitable and relevant.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, dealing with their day-to-day queries effectively while building rapport and developing relationships.
The ideal person will have:
1. A minimum of two years broking experience and a strong understanding of the insurance market.
2. Ideally, you will have achieved a Cert CII and be working towards a DIP CII or willing to.
3. Maths and English GCSE grade C or above.
4. Previous experience working with commercial customers paying between £5,000 to £50,000 preferred.
