The organisation is recruiting for a Business Development Manager position. Operating from an office in Dungannon, the company offers fasteners, fixings and bespoke parts. Hours Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am-2pm Salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus a fantastic benefits package, bonus and company car. Responsibilities: Generate leads and sales to grow the business within target area Develop and create a strong pipeline Develop an understanding of the business and its current and prospective products and services Deliver sales and business development for existing and new customers of Apex Fastening Solutions Establish robust sales development processes Maintain all aspects of Apex Fastening Solutions CRM in respect of new and existing clients Develop and deliver sales presentations and meetings. Attend conferences, buyer events, sales conventions, etc. Manage existing client relationships to include additional sales to their account Comply with all internal and external processes and quality systems relevant to the role Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time.
