Domus is seeking a Registered Manager for a well-established residential service in Storrington, West Sussex.
This specialist residential service supports adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Manage and supervise staff to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
2. Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and improve care standards where necessary.
3. Maintain high care standards and effectively manage staff.
Requirements for the Registered Manager:
* NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) or the ability to work towards it.
* Strong knowledge of CQC, Health and Safety, and Local Authority requirements.
* Experience managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
* Experience in recruiting staff and managing occupancy.
* Line management experience with large staff teams.
