Overview
A critical role in the HRIS project establishing and leading a cross-functional data workgroup. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of HR master data standards and framework which will be deployed across Nomad Foods.
The role will also be accountable to work in partnership with the Change Manager, key stakeholders, and Tech Delivery partners to ensure testing and roll out meets governance requirements across all aspects of the project documenting training and guidance for use during implementation and beyond to embed new ways of working across the business.
An experienced HRIS manager who demonstrates a blend of data and systems expertise with knowledge of HR business requirements. The successful candidate will bring a robust attention to detail and passion for building and improving standards to meet Functional and Business needs.
Able to combine a strategic mindset for change alongside being a productive team player, the successful candidate will be willing and able to take personal ownership for relevant activities, to be a productive participant in the change.

Responsibilities

DATA GOVERNANCE AND STANDARDISATION
Serve as the primary owner to create HR data governance and standards, ensuring these are aligned with Nomad standards, legal requirements, and best practices where these exist.
Work in partnership with HRIS and Reward Teams to analyze the current data landscape and standards identifying and mitigating risks related to data integrity and security.
Develop an HR data framework and governance model which is relevant for both Success Factors and Nomad Foods to be deployed across the HR Team.
Work closely with the Tech team and other relevant departments to align the requirements and standards to deliver organizational goals and statutory requirements which meet the needs of all stakeholders.
DATA CONFIGURATION & COMPLIANCE
Active participation in the design and optimization of Success Factors to deliver the required data standards and compliance. Work in partnership with the project team to ensure data standards and system configuration are successfully aligned to deliver a longer-term sustainable solution.
Ensure all Data Governance Frameworks meet internal and external audit requirements (e.g., SOX and GDPR).
Proactively identify risks related to data security and standards and develop mitigation plans and put these into action.
DATA, REPORTING & INSIGHTS
Lead in scoping HRIS process and reporting which deliver required data and insights. Working in partnership with the People Insight and Engagement Manager and HRIS Team, scope system standard report requirements which measure meaningful KPIs in line with HR and business strategy. Liaise with the local team to identify and create solutions which meet both global and mandatory local legislation. Custodian of data compliance and standards which will satisfy both internal and external reporting needs.
SYSTEMS AND PROCESS TESTING
Accountable to ensure that testing strategy meets the needs of the HR project deadlines. Works in partnership with the Technology Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, and subject matter experts to ensure that the testing strategy is clear and a detailed timetable is in place. Works with the Change Manager to identify, engage, and communicate the testing approach to test participants.
Ensures all milestones are documented correctly and meet audit requirements identifying any deficiencies and remediation in good time.
Works with third-party vendors to ensure process maps and SOPs are fit for the purpose, simple to follow, and accessible to all.
TRAINING & EMBEDDING
Partner with Change Manager to develop training plans and material. Together developing and delivering training interventions to ensure that HR teams and other users understand and can effectively adopt new ways of working. Ensure training materials are designed to support both short and long-term needs (e.g., ongoing training and induction).
Work with the HRIS team to provide a point of escalation and support to users across Nomad Foods HR Team through the hypercare period.
Manage tracking and monitoring of training to ensure robust governance is in place.
Encourage better data literacy within the organization and support effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Lead the process change efforts to energize and engage teams in data improvements, working in partnership with the Programme Change Manager to ensure robust impact analysis is completed, plans are in place to deliver smooth transitions and user adoption (including Acceptance into Service processes), and that we are able to articulate the change to all stakeholders.
GOVERNANCE
Actively participate in regular project and governance meetings to plan and support project timelines and outcomes. Prepare materials for Nomad Foods governance meetings as required. Regularly refresh and maintain plans as an input to overall project plans.
Meet all required Programme governance milestones retaining accurate and detailed records for audit purposes.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Develop plans which meet ER requirements and legislative frameworks working with Nomad Foods ER Lead to ensure meaningful communication, engagement, and consultation as required by local market legalities and regulations.
Works in partnership with Cluster and Local teams to provide information to support local consultation plans.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Develop trusted and objective relationships with stakeholders which provide opportunities to co-create, challenge, and maximize initiatives to drive successful change. Liaise with project teams where data dependencies exist to align and collaborate as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
* Experienced systems and data manager (preferred Success Factors Experience)
* FMCG or retail experience across multiple countries
* Experience of robust project audit controls
* Track record in successful delivery of Data Standards which meet compliance requirements and drive standardization
* Demonstrable personal knowledge maintenance of data governance requirements and best practices
* Experience leading workgroups with multi-level members.
* Clear communication skills
* Ability to adapt to meet the evolving needs of any programme
* Experienced collaborator and productive team member
