Specialising in commercial, pharmaceutical and critical services projects such as data centre projects up to £35 million MEP. Responsibilities / Skills & Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in an Electrical Estimating role. Experience preparing tenders and pricing projects valued up to £20 million and examples of project wins over £15 million M&E. Proficiency in researching materials, equipment, and labour costs. Experience with Trimble, Contract Master, or other estimating software. Strong Excel skills are beneficial. Skilled in liaising with clients to gather project requirements. Ability to obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes. Experience assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations. Proven track record of maintaining strong client and site relationships. Competent in data analysis, cost forecasting, and compliance checks. Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.Remuneration Package: Highly competitive salary (dependent on experience and track record). Contributory pension scheme.
