Our client is a market-leading fleet management company. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their office in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities – Compliance Coordinator
1. Proactively monitor all compliance schedules for all vehicle types.
2. Outbound chase all compliance bookings liaising with vendors, drivers, and customers.
3. Ensure all required job types are booked within the specified date or date range.
4. Ensure all data is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Highlight any incorrect contact data to the specified account contact.
6. Ensure any slippage is reported to fleet contact and account contact.
7. Confirm booking dates to all parties.
8. Act as point of contact for other departments for any changes in bookings or information needed.
9. Follow up all bookings to ensure completion and pass.
10. Assist with gathering any documents required as proof of completion.
Qualifications & Experience – Compliance Coordinator
1. Experience of O’licence requirements - MOTs, PMIs, Laden Brake Tests, Tachograph Calibrations, Loler certification essential.
2. Ability to demonstrate experience and understanding of various inspection intervals and scheduling of events.
3. Experience of working in a transport team/department with exposure to planning and service scheduling - essential.
4. Experience of administering a fleet of HGVs - essential.
5. Experience of transport planning/scheduling - desirable.
6. Experience of working within a customer service-related role is essential, ideally in a service or contact centre environment.
7. Experience of working within a pressurised environment, with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in difficult situations.
8. Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
