About The Role Based within our LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Healthcare Centre in Newcastle (NE5 5HP) you will be accountable for the day to day administration and coordination of the safe delivery of the clinic. This will include the effective management and processing of new patient referrals, welcoming patients into the clinic, preparation of case notes and to working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support on ad-hoc duties.
