Key Responsibilities: Support the teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons to students Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation Assist with administrative tasks, including marking and lesson preparation Foster a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher Develop your teaching skills through training and mentoring Requirements: A passion for education and working with young people Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students Enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others A willingness to learn and develop within the role No formal teaching qualifications are required, but experience working with children or young people is a plus A positive attitude and a can-do approach to challenges Why Join Us?
