What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst on a permanent basis within our international vehicle payments line of business. This position is located in either Meriden, Swindon, Walsall or London offices. This is a fantastic opportunity as it's a newly created role within the business, where you will be responsible for analysing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process engineering, with the ability to drive process improvements and support strategic decision-making.
How We Work
As a Business Analyst you will be expected to work from either our Meriden, Swindon, Walsall or London office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
* Analysing current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, across a variety business lines.
* Developing and implementing new processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
* Conducting process mapping and creating detailed documentation of business processes.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations from the processes.
* Designing and implementing process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary.
* Providing training and support to staff on new processes and procedures.
* Creating process diagrams and flowcharts to visualize complex procedures and workflows.
* Working closely with management and other departments to develop and execute process strategies.
* Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a process inventory, including descriptions and metrics of all business processes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Professional certification is preferred but will consider QBE.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Considerable and demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a level of focus on process development.
* Understanding of the core concepts of technological systems; some knowledge of software development processes would be beneficial.
* Able to showcase understanding of complex processes to go in-hand with a variety of business and stakeholders.
* Creative and innovative, showing a track record of finding the right solutions that can meet the needs of one of the world's leading payments businesses.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in process improvement methodology and tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
