We don't just talk about putting employees first. We know that Priory wouldn't exist without their combined energy, expertise, and effort. So we invest heavily in training, provide first-class support, promote collaborative teamwork, and give everyone on our team the opportunities and resources to achieve their full potential.
Main duties of the job
We provide services for local NHS patients and out-of-area patients from the NHS. As an employer, we are committed to ensuring the staff who choose to work with us have an excellent and supportive experience. We are a warm, welcoming, and friendly team who all share the same goal - we are all committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for the people who use our service. And we do this with care, compassion, and kindness embedded through everything that we do.
About us
Priory Hospital Arnold is a purpose-built 52-bedded acute mental health hospital, comprising two adult acute wards and two Psychiatric Intensive Care Units. At Priory Hospital Arnold, our main focus is on patient experience right from the point of referral through to discharge and follow-on support.
Job responsibilities
The treatment programmes at Priory Arnold aim to optimise patient recovery and potential by treating and minimising risk behaviours and by enabling them to develop psychological/emotional, social, and occupational skills and resilience.
