Compensation: $50-50K
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Support 9 brokers in daily marketing operations, executing strategies for sales and leasing and creating/managing broker listings and proposals.
* Research market trends, sales data, and prepare prospecting materials such as reports and newsletters.
* Manage and update online listings, ensuring accuracy in content, pricing, and using mapping software to create visual content.
* Plan and organize training seminars and team engagement activities while contributing creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
* Provide general marketing support, content management, and event planning while handling multiple projects with attention to detail.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 2 years’ experience in marketing or brand management
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
* Experience with CoStar and Crexi is a plus
* Social media management experience (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
* Experience in marketing analysis and data analytics
* Previous exposure to content creation and event planning
