Office Administrator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Office Admin to join our client's team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring that customer expectations are met efficiently and cost-effectively. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with all procedures and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the day-to-day management of all depot operations, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of tasks
2. Allocating mobile fitters according to Service Level KPI agreements for timely call-out attendance
3. Updating and uploading paperwork to the system accurately, in compliance with ISO procedures
4. Processing fuel and damage charges upon machine return from hire, optimising recovery opportunities
5. Booking Through Examination checks through the system
6. Updating information on the Hire System
7. Coordinating with suppliers to gather information on required machine parts
8. Raising purchase orders to support the depot's needs
9. Printing workshop documents for engineers
10. Willingly undertaking ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
11. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
13. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management
14. Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal team members
15. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
16. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
17. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
