We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated, outstanding teacher to join our expanding school from Easter (or sooner if available). This vacancy is initially until the end of the academic year, however, extension may be possible due to the expansion of our school. We would consider fulfilling this role with two part-time candidates, if they were the strongest, so please apply even if your preference is part-time.

Job Description:
1. Plan in order to teach lessons across the primary curriculum, using the NC and school schemes of work as appropriate;
2. Mark and assess, making use of formative and summative assessment;
3. Promote the curriculum and the children's work through use of display;
4. Ensure a well-organised and purposeful learning environment;
5. Take responsibility for leading a subject across the school;
6. Liaise effectively with parents, carers and a range of professionals and be willing to attend parents' evening/inset etc outside of working days;
7. Manage the behaviour and needs of children across the school in line with our behaviour policy;
8. Show a commitment to the wider life of the school;
9. Support the Senior Management Team in ensuring the short and long term vision for the school.
