What We Are Looking For:
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to kick-start their careers in a supportive and rewarding atmosphere.
You will be responsible for promoting Ikonic’s products & services to clients and proactively bringing in more leads and customers to enable sales and profit.

Role Responsibilities – Trainee Sales Account Manager:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed clients
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B cold calling
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
5. Collaborate with sales and other departments for a seamless customer experience
6. Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development
7. Dealing with new leads/enquiries via email and phone
8. Regularly promoting products and services to your client base
9. As the company culture promotes helping others, ad hoc tasks may be assigned to the job holder that are not listed above
Person Requirements – Trainee Sales Account Manager:
1. Confident, professional manner
2. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
3. Customer-focused and excellent communicator – able to build relationships
4. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
6. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
7. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Strong work ethic
10. Wanting to have a career with high earning future potential
