We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join a thriving sales hub. This pivotal role focuses on generating and converting business leads to drive substantial growth across our local and national markets.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain key accounts, ensuring optimal revenue from corporate transient and group business
Strategically sell and promote the portfolio, maximizing revenue opportunities within the local and national marketplaces
Secure new business and enhance profitability of existing accounts
Drive inquiries and increase engagement for corporate transient, group, and meeting events
Collaborate effectively within the sales team to discover new business opportunities
Lead and execute marketing strategies to reach potential clients through innovative campaigns and digital outreach
Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Provide exceptional client service to maintain and grow customer loyalty
Sales Manager Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record with at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
Willingness to travel across the Northwest for client meetings and promotional events
Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Creative thinking to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also capable of working independently
