We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator with exceptional communication skills, both over the telephone and face to face.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will welcome patients and visitors to various departments around the Medical Centre and undertake administrative and clerical duties including main Reception and our Outpatients Department.
This is a bank role and is therefore a zero-hour contract covering absence and fluctuating patient volumes.
Role Responsibilities include:
* Welcome all patients and visitors to the Centre and provide direction to relevant departments.
* Respond appropriately to telephone and email enquiries.
* Ensure that patient correspondence is dealt with appropriately and in accordance with service quality standards including GDPR.
* Manage patient appointments, ensuring patient records are accurate.
Person Specification:
* Previous experience within a high-end hospitality or administration environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good IT skills including Word and Excel.
* Previous experience as an administrator in a clinical environment.
