The A Side: A Day in The Life You will oversee the National Radio campaigns for a broad roster, working closely with the Head of Radio. You will also work alongside the Head of TV and Content to help them implement TV and Content Promotions campaigns. You will initiate, coordinate and implement the promotional strategy for artists on your roster and oversee independent radio pluggers as appropriate. You will provide expertise and advise about radio strategy to label partners. The B Side: Skills & Experience Be Organised Develop, oversee & execute comprehensive national radio promotion strategies, working with the Head of Radio and selected independent radio pluggers responsible for delivering on the strategies. Keep up to date with all new and existing promotional opportunities across National Radio networks and their digital platforms (social media / on-demand services etc). Book, oversee and execute impactful & strategic promotional opportunities across National Radio. Ensure online coverage on the relevant websites when Radio promotion is booked and circulate it to the relevant internal teams. Clip & distribute Radio spot plays to relevant teams. Help manage artist promotion budgets, attend planning meetings as well as individual artist meetings, reporting on your campaign plots for the relevant artists, commenting on forthcoming opportunities and contributing ideas to all aspects of the campaign. Proactively book and manage remote and in person plugging meetings alongside the Head of Radio. Work on TV & Content promotion for selected campaigns under the guidance of the Head of TV and Content. Assist the Head of TV and Content with artist promotional bookings and attend TV & Content shoots on location as needed Service video content to TV platforms alongside the Head of TV and Content Share timely links to TV catch-up services, social coverage and clippings for programmes/shows where our artists are featured. Be Analytical Maintain awareness of Radio, TV & Content industry trends Maintain awareness of presenter tastes & trends, relevant TV programmes, new broadcast services and Podcast series Provide regular, thorough updates to internal & external teams Be Collaborative Develop & maintain relationships with producers, music teams & presenters across a full range of National Radio stations via regular phone contact, combined with meetings.
