As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include:
* Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard.
* Supporting with the process of show rounds.
* Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
* Assisting the Home Administrator as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite, and demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors. Ideally, you should have previous experience in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
