HR Project Lead Process Mapping & Digital Transformation (Oracle HR) Location: Hybrid/Remote with regular travel across Cornwall Salary: Around £40k, give or take, depending on what you bring to the table
This isnt your classic HR Operations Lead role anymore. Its evolved. And if youre someone who gets a kick out of fixing broken processes, mapping out better ones, and bringing order to chaos through smart systems (especially Oracle), keep reading.
This is a project-driven role focused on process mapping, optimisation, and digital transformation within HR. You're not here to maintain the machine. You're here to rebuild it so it runs smoother, faster, and with fewer breakdowns.
The tech in question? Oracle HR (Cloud, HCMif you know it, you know it). You wont be writing code, but you will need to understand the system well enough to lead on how its used, how it's improved, and how people interact with it.
Your mission:
Lead the review, redesign and digitalisation of HR processes
Map current workflows (and highlight where they fall over)
Define and deliver improvements through Oracle HR and other tools
Be the link between HR, IT, and the people wholl actually use the systems
Support the implementation of smarter, leaner, better ways of doing HR
This job needs someone with a solid mix of skills:
Youve delivered HR projectsespecially system/process transformation
You understand HR inside out, especially the operational side
Youve worked with Oracle HR (Cloud or HCM ideally)
Youre comfortable with business analysis, mapping processes, and running with change projects
You can challenge the status quo
Youve worked with stakeholders who have a lot of opinionsand managed to keep them onside
We dont need someone to tick boxes. We need someone to untangle them, streamline them, and then automate what can be automated.
Youll be reporting into the HR Director, working closely with teams across HR, IT, and the wider business. Its hybridremote first, but youll need to be in Cornwall regularly for workshops, stakeholder sessions and project delivery work.
