Position Overview:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing sales and channel alliance team based in (location). The role plays an integral role in growing TQA and is responsible for generating targeted demand via outbound sales campaigns and liaising closely with UiPath's sales team.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage full sales lifecycle and customer service activities for clients in the -Commercial and Enterprise segments of your territory.
* Achieve agreed quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Develop trusted relationships with the UiPath Sales Team to cultivate new joint sales campaigns and client referrals.
* Monitor the company’s and partners industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
* Support marketing with sales collateral and promoting webinars and events with prospective clients.
* Ensure all outbound sales activities are delivered on message, on-brand, and achieve their full potential.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Successful quota attainment YoY, growing an Enterprise or Commercial client portfolio, through new business acquisition as well as through account expansion in a Saas or consulting business.
* Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with C-Level decision makers in a Commercial or Enterprise account.
* High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross functional influence both internally and externally
* Effective Use of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Sandler, and Miller Heiman.
* Aptitude to learn and speak to technology-related subject matter experts.
* Proven ability to listen, record key points in a conversation, seek solutions, and respond with clarity.
* Outstanding organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and building long-standing relationships with clients.
* Natural drive for growth and innovation for the client as well as your own career
* Ability to convey enthusiasm, energy, and sincerity in all client interactions.
