We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.
Working with the Performance Manager and the Head of Finance and Performance, this role will set performance targets, encourage improvement, and enable outperformance to be delivered in @One. This role will ensure consistent, effective, efficient performance management and reporting to enable the @One alliance to maximize efficiency to realize opportunities and minimize risk.
What you'll do:
* Manage all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including design, engineering, and construction professionals.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proven experience in project management within the construction or water industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
