A fantastic Part Time contract has arisen covering 12 months’ maternity leave. The role will be working 22.5 hours a week across 3 days 9am to 5pm, or school hours 5 days a week. A varied role creating and organising engaging events and marketing activities, working with an interesting range of local contacts and businesses. The Promotions and Marketing Executive will be: Executing the marketing events plan for 2025 Liaising with the external marketing agency to manage the social media schedule and monthly newsletter Working with a creative agency, producting briefs for advertising and copy for promotional events Gaining feedback on events to assess their success Building relationships with the local council, newspapers, radio, charities, businesses and associations Booking and managing promotional space and leaflet displays Producing monthly activity reports for management Supporting the small team with some administration and banking duties. We’re looking for: A genuine ‘people person’ with an outgoing character who can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people Some broad marketing and promotions experience, ideally with a mix of B2C and B2B A candidate who is available to start a 12 month contract from the beginning of January 2025 would be ideal
