We have an exciting role for a Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team Key Responsibilities: Support the maintenance and development of company Quality Management Systems (QMS). Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. Lead 8D problem-solving activities and implement corrective actions for customer concerns. Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve technical and quality issues. Monitor and address customer and internal concerns, preventing recurrence. Create, implement, and maintain Control Plans, FMEAs, and other core tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP). Provide training and guidance on quality processes across the business. About You: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a fast-paced environment. Proficient in tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D problem solving. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards (lead auditing experience is advantageous). Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, pragmatic, and committed to personal development. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
