Job Title: German/English Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Huntingdon Area (Hybrid: Onsite Training, then 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented bilingual German/English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering a high-quality, exceptional service to our clients. As the bridge between concept and delivery, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every step of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the development of customised products from initial concept to final print, ensuring all stages run smoothly and on time.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to create personalised designs that meet client specifications.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for proof approvals, keeping clients informed and forwarding materials promptly to production.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Service Management team to drive efficient project execution and exceptional client satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities:
Uphold excellence in all customer service processes.
Represent the company professionally, promoting a positive and reliable image.
Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members.
Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Support other business areas as needed and take on additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred). Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
