We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our Customer Finance team as a Recovery Assistant. You will support our Customer Finance team in the day to day management of customer’s accounts and ensuring an excellent and accessible service is available to all of our customers. This role is for 37 hour per week Monday to Friday and we are able to offer the successful candidate the flexibility to work from home as well as in the office. You will also be able to vary your working hours from one day to another where this does not impact our service to customers. Our colleagues use this flexibility to achieve great work and home life balance. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and support a diverse range of customers, assisting them into long term payment arrangements, inspiring people to make positive changes and identifying when a customer needs further support, ensuring they are referred appropriately. Candidates for this role will have excellent communication, numeracy and digital skills including a working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications. You will be confident navigating a number of digital housing management and accounting systems. You will undertake ‘on the job training’ to understand our organisation and carry out key tasks.
