Paint Sprayer
£20 per hour
The main responsibilities for the successful candidates are:
· Removes rust from metal, and grease and dirt from work surface.
· Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated.
· Fills cavities and dents with putty to attain smooth surface.
· Mixes paint according to specifications.
· Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired colour.
· Paints surface using your own sprayer or brush as appropriate.
· Inspects painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, fisheyes, sags and unpainted areas.
· Provide Spray gun and use properly and safely and ensure tools remain in a proper state of repair.
· Keeps work area clean.
· Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including air fed mask, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
· Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.
Requirements
Paint Sprayer Requirements:
· Minium 3 years’ experience as a Spray Painter in a professional workshop environment
· Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
· The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
· You will be able to work both skilfully and safely and adhere to timelines/deadlines effectively.
· The workload is liable to change minute to minute, so we need someone who is flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
· A Practical trade test will be conducted to test proficiency and skill.

In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with an hourly pay rate of £20 p/h
Rotating shifts Monday to Thursday 7.00am till 5pm you maybe required to work Fridays
Weekend overtime may be available
Ongoing contract paid limited company or via umbrella company - Outside of IR35
