You will be part of a knowledgeable and supportive team of five, led by an experienced team leader, providing day-to-day technical support that helps our staff and students thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking trust that embraces innovation and the use of technology to aid teaching and learning. You'll have the chance to take part in working groups that share ideas and best practices, helping to shape how technology supports education across our schools. What you'll be doing Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and students on-site. Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows, Apple, and Chrome devices. Support systems such as visitor management, classroom technology, telephony, CCTV, and printers. Lead on setting up, relocating, and maintaining IT equipment. Play a key role in moving Maltings Academy to a cloud-hosted Google environment. Deploy software updates and support networks. Maintain accurate asset and service records.
