Facilities Manager - Hybrid Working

£37,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance or company car
Hexagon Group are working with a well-respected real estate company who are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their experienced FM team, working with highly reputable clients. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio of properties across Yorkshire, with your main base being Leeds. Our client offers hybrid working and provides flexibility to their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing full facilities management provision of your allocated portfolio.
2. Carrying out monthly/quarterly site inspections.
3. Creating and managing each site's service charge budget.
4. Overseeing site health & safety and statutory compliance.
5. Managing hard & soft service partners on-site.
6. Ensuring PPM schedules are completed and any reactive works are addressed promptly.
7. Close liaison with clients and tenants, chairing monthly meetings.
8. Preparation of risk assessments for each site.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have several years' experience as a Facilities Manager, ideally managing a mixed-use property portfolio. Our client is also open to experienced Assistant Facilities Managers seeking the next step in their career or Building Managers looking to move into a multi-site capacity.
You will need to be knowledgeable of service charge budgets and hold an IOSH Certificate as a minimum. As this role requires travel, it is essential to hold a valid driving license.
