I’m currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager for a leading privately owned business in Aldeburgh, a business that values both their clients, customers & staff.
The position is paying up to £40,000 with quarterly bonus, pension, 22 days holiday plus many more benefits!
Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business through networking, social media and building your market of contacts.
2. Manage a large portfolio of clients and retain business.
3. Grow the existing portfolio of properties whilst always keeping the expected level of quality to the highest.
4. Establish connections with local developers, builders, architects, and estate agents to actively offer holiday let projections.
Skills:
1. Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
2. Acts as a brand ambassador with a passion for property, the local area, and delivering high standards in both property and customer service.
3. Possesses excellent networking skills, confidently engaging with individuals at all levels.
4. Highly organised and sales-driven, with a talent for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities for the business.
