Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:
3. Accurate processing and distribution of invoices
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships
5. Assist in the monthly closing process
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
7. Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
8. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
9. Contribute to the continual improvement of the billing process
10. Assist with audits when required
