We are The Croc, and we're looking for an ambitious Mid-Weight Creative to join one of the best B2B agencies in the business.
As a copy-led creative all-rounder, you'll be part of a team passionate about crafting innovative solutions that elevate brand experiences across all channels. You'll thrive on developing creative platforms powered by strategic rigour and have a proven track record of creating content that resonates with target audiences throughout the entire online and offline journey.
You'll collaborate with talented designers, long-form copywriters, and motion experts to bring your ideas to life. Together, you'll create distinctive and compelling content that solves complex business challenges and builds fame for our clients.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you'll bring a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions. Your outstanding portfolio showcases original ideas and exceptional copywriting skills. You've successfully tackled complex integrated campaign briefs, likely with a few awards to your name. You're a confident presenter, capable of selling 'big ideas' internally and to B2B clients.

The role
* A copy-led creative all-rounder
* Generation of creative ideas reporting to the Creative Director
* Supporting the Creative Director to raise creative standards
* Able to own and run creative briefs
* Capable of understanding complex B2B client propositions
* A clear vision of the role of content in campaign-led marketing
* Ability to instigate and support the creative management of often complex integrated campaigns
* Effective management of in-house and freelance copywriters, creatives, and designers
* Ability to work with colleagues from strategy, client service, project management, events and media departments to deliver results-driven, multi-channel campaigns
Experience
* Agency creative with proven experience owning big creative briefs
* Strong skills across copy and ideation with an opinion on what makes good design
* A high-level thinker, standout idea generator and problem solver
* Ability to compellingly communicate a brand story
* Visual sensibility to envision how ideas will be presented or distributed in multiple formats including film
* Excellent communication and organisational skills including pitching and presenting
