Infrastructure Support Analyst - AWS, Azure - London/Hybrid
Salary Banding: c. £50,000 per annum & Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join a growing Technology team on a permanent basis. The role is core to both on-premises and cloud infrastructure on how the business operates.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be an integral part of how Infrastructure operates in one of England's largest sports brands.
Responsibilities:
1. Support and monitor Cloud based Production Systems.
2. Administrate Identity and Access Management across Cloud technologies.
3. Creation and maintenance of Terraform scripts to deploy updates to existing Cloud services, and to create new Cloud services.
4. Support, maintain, and continually review existing infrastructure to include but not be limited to:
1. Servers: hardware and operating systems both on premises and cloud
2. Core Server Roles: IIS, AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, CA
3. Server Based Solutions: SQL, Hyper-V
4. Firewall - Checkpoint
5. Cisco Networks, DNAC, ISE and ASA
6. Teams Telephone system
7. Backup system - Veaam
8. Azure and Office 365 cloud-based systems
9. Microsoft System Centre back-office server
10. Monitoring solution SolarWinds
5. Implement and document new IT Solutions for the business, project managing them from inception to completion.
6. Liaise with 3rd party support providers to help support, maintain and implement new infrastructure.
7. Timely resolution of problems.
8. Assisting the service delivery teams with incident resolution via a support ticketing system.
9. Taking ownership of infrastructure projects through to their resolution.
10. Match day support throughout the year.
11. Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. Experience supporting Public Cloud technologies (both compute and appropriate managed services).
2. Experience using Terraform or an understanding of Infrastructure as Code.
3. Understanding of Cloud security and associated best practices.
4. Kubernetes and/or Redhat OpenShift.
5. Experience working with both Linux and Windows based operating systems.
6. Experience creating, managing, and deploying Ansible.
7. The successful candidate must be educated to degree level. Additional Microsoft course completion would be desirable.
8. Must have credible support experience, preferably within a small team.

Must have experience of supporting and implementing infrastructure including, but not limited to the following:
1. Windows Server 2022 in an Active Directory environment

3. Patch Management deployment
4. Excellent knowledge of supporting and maintaining server hardware

6. SQL 2012 and above
7. Office 365
8. Cisco Switches and Routing
9. Azure / Intune
