Our client is recruiting for the position of HC Coordinator, based onshore on a 3-month PAYE contract in Aberdeen. This will be based full time in their city centre offices.
Responsibilities:
Support the HC team in the recruitment and selection, onboarding, scheduling orientation for personnel in accordance with procedure
Assure information is maintained and up to date in HC information systems for all onshore personnel
Responsible for issuing, updating and renewing Work Orders and Standard Consultancy Agreements
Booking onshore personnel’s training and maintaining records
Managing holiday tracker for office personnel
Approve personnel expenses in accordance with guidelines
Provide cover for the Office Admin covering holidays, absences etc
Process and verify vendor invoices, complete invoice coding
Accurately controlling the logistical movements and rotation schedule of offshore personnel, preparing weekly crew changes schedule and communicate any relevant changes, including hotel bookings
Log and upload certification into the system, ensuring all offshore personnel have the correct documentation to mobilise offshore
Ensure good communication with the Engineering team and sub-contractorsQualifications Requirements:
Vantage
Experience in the oil and gas industry preferably personnel logistics
Experienced in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Excellent administrative skills and the ability to prioritise
Interpersonal Skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Accurate, with attention to detail
Good ambassador for the company, pleasant, positive and open
Ability to multitask adhere to task deadlines
